*Please note You have up to 6 (six) months of storage at A.EggBank for the selected number of frozen eggs at NO cost from the moment of payment to the delivery of eggs to your clinic
**Cost of the biomaterial transportation preparation for transport is $250
Each our Client receives 6 (six) months of storage at A.Egg Bank for the selected number of frozen donor eggs at NO cost. The Complementary Six Months period starts from the date of from the date of payment for the package of donor eggs. Should oocytes not be transported to the Client's Clinic within the Complementary Six Months, Client will be billed $250 for the additional 6 (six) months. This fee can’t be pro-rated for the un-used storage time and is billed in increments of six months.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that the prices listed above as cost for Egg Donation include mandatory and additional medical tests required for the Egg Donor according to the internal rules of ADONIS Egg Bank.
If you wish to request any additional medical tests beyond those required by our internal rules, these will be considered optional and will be charged separately from the package price.
GUARANTEE
We understand that egg survival is not always the best indicator of egg quality. That's why ADONIS A.EggBank takes extra steps to ensure our customers receive the highest quality eggs. We offer a guarantee that at least 1 (one) or more blastocysts (embryos) will be available for each cohort of 8 frozen oocytes. For each cohort of 14 frozen oocytes ADONIS A.EggBank guarantees at least 2 (two) blastocysts (embryos).<br> If we are unable to meet this guarantee, we will provide a new egg lot at no additional cost. PAYMENTS
FROZEN DONOR EGGS
When purchasing Frozen Donor Eggs stored in the United States, the package price is fixed and must be paid prior to shipment of the Donor Eggs to your clinic. An invoice will be provided by our coordinator to facilitate payment.
If your preferred Egg Donor's Frozen Eggs are not currently available in the US, please contact us to discuss alternate options with A.EggBank Egg Donor Agency.
