SHIPPING COSTS: WHO PAYS?

Please note that shipment cost isn’t included in the price of your order and shall be paid separately. We created exclusive conditions for our customers - we ship frozen donor eggs to any clinic across the United States for FREE (via FedEx/UPS)!Biomaterial transportation preparation for transport: $250 Customers can choose any other courier company. In such a case all shipping expenses are covered by clients. It will be invoiced separately by the shipping company and is an additional expense.

*Please note You have up to 6 (six) months of storage at A.EggBank for the selected number of frozen eggs at NO cost from the moment of payment to the delivery of eggs to your clinic.

THE COST OF SHIPMENT

LOGISTIC COMPANIES THAT WE WORK WITH

ADONIS Egg Bank has established strong partnerships with reputable logistics companies such as Cryoport, ARCCryo, FedEx/UPS and World Courier. These companies specialize in providing comprehensive logistic services for safe and secure shipment of biological materials, including the provision of rented dry shippers, temperature control systems, door-to-door delivery, guaranteed no x-ray scanning, customs clearance support, and insurance coverage for international shipments. Throughout the entire shipment process, we ensure the utmost safety and careful monitoring of your donor's eggs.

Additionally, we understand that you may have preferences regarding the logistic company involved in shipping your order. While we work with established partners, if ADONIS Egg Bank covers the shipping cost, we reserve the right to select the logistics provider for your shipment.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The terms of delivery for the donor's oocytes are contingent upon the chosen transportation company and the location of the clinic where the oocytes will be received. To provide you with specific information regarding delivery timelines, your coordinator will require your reservation and all relevant details about the receiving clinic and the selected logistic company.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Want to know the current status of your order? Rest assured, we've got you covered. Once your order is being shipped, the logistics company will provide you with a tracking number. This tracking number enables you to easily monitor the progress of your order whenever you wish. Additionally, as soon as your order is on its way, your coordinator will send you a confirmation email. Typically, our facility needs around 5 (five) business days to organize the shipment and prepare the oocytes and documents for transportation from the date of confirmation of the order by our managers.
