Which personal data do we collect, for which purposes and according to which legal basis?
Private customer
If you as a private customer place an order in A.EggBank 's web shop, we will collect the following personal data about you: your contact and identification information (name, address, email address, phone number and date of birth), payment information, specifications regarding your purchase of donor eggs, information about the clinic/hospital or authorised health professional you want your order sent to and the result of the treatment with the donor eggs (reporting of pregnancy).
If you purchase access to our photos, we will collect your contact information (name, address, email address) and payment information.
We will process your contact and payment information for the purpose of complying with the agreement on purchase of donor eggs or access to adult photos that you have entered into with us. If you have purchased donor eggs, the purpose is furthermore to register, pack and ship your order and to manage our customer relationship with you. The legal basis follows from Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The purpose of processing your contact and identification information is furthermore to ensure a unique identification of you and to comply with the requirements on traceability specified in the legislation on human tissue. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Professional customer
If you are an employee with an approved tissue centre or a fertility clinic, or if you are an authorised health professional, and you place an order in A.EggBank 's webshop, we will collect information about name and email address of the person who have set up the profile as a professional customer, the address of the clinic as well as documentation of identity and authorisation or approval as a tissue centre. Furthermore, we will collect the names and email addresses of other contact persons employed in the same place if you provide such information to us. The purpose of collecting this information is to manage the day-to-day administration of our customer relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We will disclose information about your name as a professional customer to the carriers we cooperate with to ensure efficient delivery of the order.
Customer satisfaction surveys
If you have made a purchase from A.Egg Bank as a private customer, we will use your email address to contact you in order to ask if you want to participate in a customer satisfaction survey for the purpose of optimising and improving our customer care.

Your information can only be accessed by staff employed with A.Egg Bank or other companies in the Adonis Group with a work-related need to access this information and who assist A.Egg Bank with e.g. storage of such information.
